90-minute activation session to unlock the heart: the chamber of love in all forms, being able to receive, deepened love and intimacy, belonging and wholeness embedded here. The Mother.
Week 4 - Heart Integration

Week 5 - The Womb
90-minute session to unlock the womb; the chamber of deep intuition and soul knowing, the place we know our worthiness and primal desires. The Crone.

We understand it may be daunting for some and, we also know that deep healing comes through the collective and your energy and transmission will help another woman as well as heal any feminine wounds you may carry.

Yes, the sessions will be recorded for those that are in a different time zone, or for those that cannot make it to the live session. The Q&A and integrative sessions will also be live in the group and you will have the opportunity to drop your questions into the group for us to answer if you cannot attend live.

There will be a range of activations we will share with you. These include, but are not limited to, somatic practices, embodiment processes, meditation, breathwork, sacred self pleasure, dearmouring, sound and vibration therapy, self touch, massage and reflexology. All of our varied expertise will be brought forth for this deep dive, meaning our background in somatic therapy, pelvic health care, sexology, psychology, birthkeeper knowledge, will all be invoked for a holistic approach to healing all layers - physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and energetically.
Please note that you are only required to do what your body consents to and you will not be pushed into doing any clearing and/or activations you do not wish to do at that time.

This channel is a very strong and powerful portal between the Divine and Mother Earth.

Embodiment means to become a cellular expression of that which you are embodying. So to embody the feminine, is a cellular remembrance of your being, your nature and full spectrum Woman. This is when you can be in your flow, sensations, sensuality, sexuality, feelings and emotions through your body. This allows you to come back to the wisdom of your body and be in touch and in tune with yourself, your oracle wisdom and depth. You inhabit the qualities of the feminine in its paradoxical and fullest expression.

Each fortnight (Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7 & 8) we will meet live via zoom for 90 minutes to work through the feminine channel starting at the throat progressing down to the cervix.
Every other fortnight (Week 2, 4 & 6) there will be a live Q&A and integrative sharing space.
You will also be given integrative and embodiment practices, tools and guides for you to move through at your own pace and to further support your unravelling. We may also jump on live to connect with you and encourage you to post and share what’s happening for you in our sacred space to further be witnessed and if you need any support, you can let us know and reach out anytime.

This is a very sacred and safe space; we encourage you to join the live practices. We ask that cameras and mics are turned off during these types of sessions so you can feel safe in your own home, we will let you know beforehand the type of session it will be and if anything is required.
