I first delved into the realm of yoni eggs when I was experiencing a combination of numbness, extreme tightness and pain during intercourse and a lack of sexual desire, which was affecting my intimacy with my husband both inside and outside of the bedroom 8 years ago. At the time I was feeling a little defeated and would try ANYTHING to help me heal wounding I intuitively knew I was holding onto from all kinds of sexual, medical trauma and abuse that my body was keeping records of.
This awakened so much within me. I started to actually FEEL this place within me that was shut down, in pain and screaming out for attention. I started to ignite pleasure within myself beyond what I could comprehend, I had my first ever release of amrita (squirting orgasm), which was a total ignition of my sacred waters within. From then on, I experienced a whole range 0f energetic and internal orgasms, that forever changed the way I showed up in connection to my body and sexuality.
I fell so in love with this practice and what it opened up for me and how it changed my life, I just knew when the time came and I had studied it enough to have mastered my craft and embodiment, it would be the first thing I would create at an extremely affordable price, so that every woman could experience such a blessing and connection to themselves.

It is held on my website on a locked page and is password protected.
Here you will find all the weekly sessions available for your pleasure to move through and they will be available indefinitely for you to continue to embody in future.

Each week you have a recorded audio practice that is one hour long and is an embodiment and pleasure practice using the yoni egg, oils, glass wands or toys to your liking.
You will also receive a PDF guide to help you further embody the sessions with nourishing practices, such as breast massage, yoni gazing, de-armouring and cervix connections.

The items that are needed for this offering are a yoni egg, glass or jade is preferred for safety reasons. You may like a drilled or non-drilled egg, depending on what your preference is and non-waxed and unflavoured floss to string your egg (if using a drilled egg).
Yoni safe oil such as coconut or almond is recommended, however you can use lubricant if that is to your liking.
Because these are self-pleasure practices, you may like to bring along any toys to use throughout the sessions also, but this is to your taste and for your accelerated turn on if you wish.
I always recommend setting up the space with your kind of enticing music, soft lighting, sensual clothes or bedding and tantilising your senses decadently for a pleasure session.

There is a heavy mixed debate on this very topic, and I always suggest you listen within to your intuition, body and baby. Many people do use it while pregnant with no issues, many do not recommend at all.
I personally would not recommend using whilst pregnant, but I highly recommend it before conception to prepare the body and your vagina to actually birth and also after childbirth when you are ready.
You can do all these practices in the honey pot energetically with or without an egg inserted inside.

The beauty of this self paced offering, is that it can be as little or as much as you wish daily, and therefore weekly.
You can choose to go all in and do the hourly egg activations daily, with the added embodiment practice of 5-30 minutes. This will make your weekly hours roughly 10hrs a week.
Or you can choose to do the activation once a week with the daily practices of 5-30minutes also. This will make it far less, with a total of 2hrs a week.

Each week comes with 1 x 1 hour yoni egg and embodiment session and a bonus 1 x PDF practice.
To move through the materials, I recommend listening to your body and intuition and moving through the sessions as little or as much as you desire.
If you are new to this type of work, you may wish to go slow and dip your toes in, there is not right or wrong.
If you are a long-time deep diver, you may desire daily activations and embodiment practices and move through it weekly at a faster pace.
Please ensure you manage the sessions by tuning in, which is the basis of my work and offerings.
